What can I say, Barbara’s Elegant Touch made our back-yard summer wedding perfect! From start to finish Barbara is a true professional. She has a keen eye and attention to detail that makes working with her simple and painless. On the day of our wedding her staff was not only on time and dressed in clean formal wear but they were there to work! Always polite, always courteous, Barbara and her staff worked like a well oiled machine, creating a festive wedding environment with no hiccups or surprises. All of my family and guests had only praise and good things to say! The custom hand-made Hors d’oeuvres, expertly crafted by Chef Mo were exceptional and Chef Mo made them special by incorporating honey from our family’s honey business, so delicious and fresh! Next came the Asian Pear Salad that was made exactly to order and it tasted fresh and crisp, so good! The buffet style BBQ dinner was setup and handled without a single issue and the cake was served perfectly on time and all the slices were plated evenly and cleanly, couldn’t ask for more. I really cant say enough of Barbara’s team, they were just so down right nice and were always looking to help, never loitering and greeted everyone with warm smiles, it really made the day go so smoothly. If there were any problems, we never knew it because Barbara handled all the details of the reception meal flawlessly. I must add that her bartenders were excellent as well, kind and courteous and very professional. At the end of the day everything was cleaned and tidied up exactly as we had agreed. The day went exactly as we had planned and we have Barbara’s excellent organizational skills and her all-star team to thank. Not only would I recommend her to my closest family and friends, but I would highly recommend her to you as well. Rest assured she will make your event shine!
