Barbara's Elegant Touch provided an entire team of servers and bartenders for our winter wedding reception for 150 people in January 2010. We really wanted to order food from our favorite restaurants, but didn't want to lose the service that comes with a catered reception. Barbara's Elegant Touch took care of everything- from setting up the table decorations, receiving food deliveries, checking coats, pouring the toast, keeping the food hot, serving the cake and cleaning up the entire facility in record time. Barbara herself is an expert party planner and was able to guide us through the process and anticipate needs we would never have thought of without her. She and her staff were incredibly polite and moved seamlessly among our guests to provide excellent service. We are so thankful for the fantastic work of Barbara and her team and were absolutely thrilled with the finished product. Amy Rule
